Abstract

 Ushbu maqolada Ta’lim transformatsiyasida gender tenglik masalalari bo‘yicha: aslida barcha insonalar erkin, qadr‐qimmat va huquqlarda teng ekanligi, irqi, terisining rangi, jinsi, tili, dini, siyosiy eʼtiqodi yoki boshqa eʼtiqodlaridan, milliy yoki ijtimoiy kelib chiqishidan, mulkiy ahvoli, qaysi tabaqaga mansubligi va boshqa holatlaridan qatʼiy nazar va hech bir kamsitishlarsiz, davlat va jamiyat tomonidan belgilab berilgan huquq va erkinliklardan foydalanish va amalga oshirish huquqiga ega ekanligi, bu huquqlarni cheklashga hech kim haqli emasligi, jamiyatning barcha sohalarida gendir tenglikni ta’minlash masalalarini ijobiy hal etish, shuningdek, Xotin-qizlarning ilm-fan sohasida huquq va imkoniyatini kengaytirish masalalari bo‘yicha: dunyoni anglamoq ilm olish bilan amalga oshsa insonlarni, ayniqsa xotin-qizlarning ilm olib, ilm-fan taraqqiyotida o‘z hissalarini qo‘shishlariga sun’iy ravishdagi to‘siqlarga yo‘l qo‘yilmaslik choralari haqida, o‘tkazilgan so‘rovnomalar va o‘rganishlar natijasida ko‘plab xotin-qizlarning ilm-fan bilan shug‘ullanishga qiziqishi mavjudligi aniqlanganligi haqida, agar qiziqish bo‘lsa buni albatta qo‘llab quvvatlash zarurati to‘g‘risida, chunki ayol oilani ham, farzand tarbiyasini ham, ilm-fanni ham birgalikda olib borishiga imkoniyati yetarli ekanligi, ta’lim transformatsiyasida gender tenglikni ta’minlash ilm-fan taraqqiyotida muhimligi haqida, suniy ravishdagi to‘siqlar nimalarda ko‘rinayotgani va ularni bartaraf etish to‘g‘risidagi takliflar, hamkorlik haqidagi masalalar bayon qilinadi.
