Changement des comportements alimentaires pendant la crise pandémique Covid-19 : Etude qualitative

Abstract

L’objectif de cette étude est d’explorer les facteurs qui influencent le changement d’habitudes alimentaires des consommateurs pendant la pandémie Covid-19. Pour y parvenir, des entretiens ont été menés auprès de 18 personnes. Les résultats ont montré que la crise pandémique Covid-19 a bouleversé les comportements des consommations des individus se traduisant par l’adoption de nouvelles habitudes d’achat comme la planification des achats, la fréquentation des lieux de vente et la consommation effective des aliments. Cette crise a induit également des changements au niveau des perceptions des individus de leur propre comportement alimentaire créant ainsi une nouvelle culture agroalimentaire et une redéfinition de leur conception de la consommation alimentaire. Elle souligne l’intérêt d’adopter des stratégies marketing ajustées pour sensibiliser les individus à ce sujet et aider les managers à surmonter l’impact de la crise tout en garantissant une expérience de consommation agréable aux consommateurs.
