Systematic dissection of tumor-normal single-cell ecosystems across a thousand tumors of 30 cancer types

Abstract

This is the collection of codes and datasets described in the paper "Systematic dissection of tumor-normal single-cell ecosystems across a thousand tumors of 30 cancer types" This repository contains: Analyzed NMF, scRNA-seq, and Spatial matrix in h5ad format Analysis codes used for data analysis Documentation providing information on the analyzed datasets of both single-cell and spatial transcriptomes The descriptions for each item are as follows: Raw post-QC normalized scRNA-seq matrix files for each dataset: 'atlas_dataset.tar' Raw count matrices can be downloaded from the accession links in the 'scRNA-seq dataset Documentation’ file. Spatial matrix files for each dataset: 'spatial_dataset.tar' NMF module matrix files for each cell type: 'NMF_h5ad.tar' Analysis codes: 'analysis_codes.tar' and 'scjp.tar'
