Abstract

Una Administración Pública basada en principios de inclusión e igualdad requiere de una ardua tarea para afrontar una serie de restos jurídicos, tecnológicos , políticos, sociales, organizativos, educativos y formativos. El presente capítulo aborda el estudio de dichos retos para el diseño, la cración o adatación de las webs y portales de Internet del sector público a los principios de accesibilidad, de conformidad con la normativa nacional y europea vigente. Una administración electrónica inclusiva que posibilite que todos los ciudadanos tengan las mismas oportunidades para relacionarse electrónicamente con las Administracioes Públiicas, sin duda contribuirá a construir una Sociedad de la Información más justa y equitativa.
