We provide an R script to analyse and map the distribution of microbial phyla. Classically, two major points to be supervised were the frequency of non-zero data and the non linearity of the variable distribution. According these criteria, the geostatistical tools computed can change. With our dataset from the sampling of 2200 sites across the French National territory, we try to provide a solution to different cases encountered in the quality and availability of the data.
