Abstract

Ágora de Heterodoxias VOL 10, Número 1 El objetivo del ensayo es reflexionar sobre el análisis sistémico organizacional en una realidad incierta, compleja y transdisciplinaria, que pasa de hablar de una “planetarización” en los años 90 (Morín), a una emergente desglobalización según el último Foro Económico Mundial de Davos (2023). Se combina el paradigma de Morín con la visión clásica de Fayol, la teoría del ADN organizacional de Neilson y Paternack, la sistemática de Chiavenato y la perspectiva de Carrasco; para interpretar que efectivamente en un ambiente “planetarizado” con señales emergentes de desglobalización, en presencia de fenómenos sociales complejos e impredecibles, el cambio y la incertidumbre es lo normal. Por tanto el análisis de las organizaciones corresponde a una óptica de sistemas abiertos e impredecibles, en los cuáles el gerente debe adaptarse a esa normalidad caótica, disruptiva y acelerada, generando certeza en sus decisiones, para que puedan cumplirse los objetivos organizacionales, evitando caer en una mala organización del trabajo. Mediante una metodología reflexiva, y con un recorrido teórico basado en 4 autores, se concluye que la organización en un ambiente de retos disruptivos, puede cumplir con sus objetivos de forma eficiente, manteniendo la unidad Hombre (sujeto)-Organización (objeto) y su relación compleja como la suma del todo.

Ágora de Heterodoxias VOL 10, Número 1 O objetivo deste ensaio é refletir sobre a análise sistêmica organizacional numa realidade incerta, complexa e transdisciplinar, que vai desde falar de uma “planetarização” nos anos 90 (Morín) até uma desglobalização emergente segundo o último Fórum Econômico Mundial em Davos (2023). O paradigma de Morín combina-se com a visão clássica de Fayol, a teoria do DNA organizacional de Neilson e Paternack, a sistemática de Chiavenato e a perspectiva de Carrasco; interpretar que de forma eficaze num ambiente “planetário” com sinais emergentes de desglobalização, na presença de fenômenos sociais complexos e imprevisíveis, a mudança e a incerteza são normais e portanto a análise das organizações corresponde a uma perspectiva de sistemas abertos e imprevisíveis, sendo que o gestor deve se adaptar a esta normalidade caótica, disruptiva e acelerada, gerando segurança nas suas decisões, para que os objetivos organizacionais possam ser alcançados, evitando cair na má organização do trabalho. Através de uma metodología reflexiva e com um panorama teórico baseado em 4 autores, conclui-se que a organização num ambiente de desafíos disruptivos, pode cumprir os seus objetivos de forma eficiente, mantendo a unidade Homem (sujeito) - Organização (objeto) e a sua complexa relação como a soma do todo.

Ágora de Heterodoxias VOL 10, Number 1 The objective of this essay is to reflect on systemic organizational analysis in an uncertain, complex and transdisciplinary reality, which ranges from talking about “planetarization” in the 90s (Morín) to an emerging deglobalization according to the last World Economic Forum in Davos (2023). Morín's paradigm combines with Fayol's classical vision, Neilson and Paternack's organizational DNA theory, Chiavenato's systematics and Carrasco's perspective; interpret that effectively in a “planetary” environment with emerging signs of deglobalization, in the presence of complex and unpredictable social phenomena, change and uncertainty are normal, and therefore the analysis of organizations corresponds to an open and unpredictable systems perspective, where the manager must adapt to this chaotic, disruptive and accelerated normality, generating security in their decisions, so that organizational objectives can be achieved, avoiding falling into poor work organization. Through a reflective methodology, and with a theoretical panorama based on 4 authors, it is concluded that the organization in an environment of disruptive challenges, can fulfill its objectives efficiently, maintaining the unity Man (subject)-Organization (object) and their complex relationship as the sum of the whole
