Abstract

Статья освещает патофизиологию гастрита, описывая основные механизмы развития воспалительного процесса в слизистой оболочке желудка. В частности, рассматривается роль бактерии Helicobacter pylori в развитии гастрита, а также другие факторы, включая питание, стресс и лекарственные препараты. Статья также обсуждает основные принципы лечения гастрита рамках медикаментозной терапии. Помимо лекарственного лечения, статья подробно описывает важность регулярного и правильного питания при гастрите. Приводятся рекомендации по включению в рацион продуктов, способствующих заживлению слизистой оболочки и укреплению защитного барьера. Также обсуждаются рекомендации по физической активности, которая может помочь в общем восстановлении организма.
