Abstract

Fig. 5. Expression analyses of arginine decarboxylase (Adc), ornithine decarboxylase (Odc), spermidine synthase (Spds), spermine synthase (Spms) and S-adenosylmethionine decarboxylase (Samdc) in leaves (L), roots (R) and nodules (N) of P. vulgaris inoculated with R. tropici CIAT899. 10 µl of the RT-PCR product was loaded on each lane and separated by electrophoresis on 1% (w/v) agarose gel. Acting product was used as a loading control.
