ОПТИМИЗАЦИЯ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ПОСЛЕОЖОГОВЫХ РУБЦОВ

Abstract

Аннотатция: По данным зарубежных авторов, рубцовые гипертрофии встречаются в популяции у 4,5–16% Формирование рубцовой ткани представляет собой физиологический ответ на повреждение кожных покровов и слизистых оболочек. Однако изменение метаболизма внеклеточного матрикса может привести к чрезмерному рубцеванию и образованию келоидных и гипертрофических рубцов. В данной статье обобщен и систематизирован весь спектр консервативных и хирургических методов профилактики и лечения последствий ожоговой травмы. Разработка и внедрение новых методов консервативного и хирургического лечения рубцов и совершенствование существующих средств и методов реабилитации позволяет нам достигать желаемых результатов, снижать инвалидизацию и улучшать качество жизни пациентов. Ключевые слова: термическое повреждение, глубокий ожог, стопа, кисть, аутодермопластика, некротомия, некрэктомия, электродерматом.
