Abstract

RESUMEN Con el objetivo de analizar la relación del docente universitario de enfermería con los estudiantes en los hospitales docentes del Ecuador, a través de una revisión sistemática, se presenta este artículo donde se consideraron como fuentes para la localización de datos los buscadores Google Académico y Science Direct. A partir de una búsqueda se identificaron artículos científicos, investigaciones y ensayos con el rigor de pertinencia alusivo al tema expuesto en el contexto del Ecuador, en un período que va desde 2019 al año 2023. El registro de síntesis de los estudios localizados se realizó a través del protocolo PRISMA seleccionando de todos los resultados 17 documentos. Los análisis revelaron que la relación entre docentes y estudiantes de esta carrera se encuentra demarcada por múltiples factores, comenzando por el concepto y autoconcepto de la profesión, seguido de los componentes que la afectan como el estrés laboral, los cambios, transformaciones sociales y la evolución tecnológica, de la mano con los elementos propios de la formación de los docentes que enseñan a futuros profesionales de la Enfermería en este país. De allí que se destaque la necesidad de revisar las experiencias pedagógicas en los hospitales docentes acerca del acompañamiento, la enseñanza y aprendizaje para atender los cambios sociales que sugieren profesionales pertinentes, autoconscientes y humanos.

ABSTRACT With the objective of analyzing the relationship between university nursing teachers and students in teaching hospitals in Ecuador, through a systematic review, this article is presented where the search engines Google Academic and Science Direct were considered as sources for data location. From a search, scientific articles, research and essays were identified with the rigor of relevance alluding to the topic presented in the context of Ecuador, in a period ranging from 2019 to 2023. The synthesis record of the located studies was carried out through the PRISMA protocol, selecting 17 documents from all the results. The analyzes revealed that the relationship between teachers and students of this career is demarcated by multiple factors, starting with the concept and self-concept of the profession, followed by the components that affect it such as work stress, changes, social transformations and evolution. technological, hand in hand with the elements of the training of teachers who teach future Nursing professionals in this country. Hence, the need to review the pedagogical experiences in teaching hospitals about supporting teaching and learning to address the social changes suggested by relevant, self-aware and humane professionals is highlighted.
