Abstract

This deliverable summarizes the main findings of T2.1 at the early stage, which primarily focuses on benchmark research of the legal and ethical requirements pertaining to fundamental rights for data protection and privacy. Additionally, it explores the social and ethical acceptance of the technologies involved in the Smart-CHANGE project. It is important to note that the context of this analysis is mainly limited to the project's research activities. This deliverable will serve as a foundational framework for the legal and ethical requirements and will inform the subsequent development phase of the project. NOTE: NOT YET APPROVED BY EUROPEAN COMMISSION.
