Abstract

The IAU Symposium #385 (IAUS385) “Astronomy and Satellite Constellations: Pathways Forward” took place 2–6October 2023 in La Palma, Canary Islands (Spain). Connie Walker, Head of the Office of Site Protection at NSF’s NOIRLab and Co-Director of the IAU Centre for the Protection of the Dark and Quiet Sky from Satellite Constellation Interference (IAU CPS, co-hosted by NOIRLab and Square Kilometre Array Observatory), chaired the Scientific Organizing Committee for this event.
