Résumé Au niveau de l’étude de l’impact de la fiscalité sur la croissance deux composantes sont considérés ; la pression fiscale, et la structure fiscale qui fait référence à la manière dont les taxes et impôts sont répartis au niveau de l’architecture fiscale. Notre attention tache de déterminer les canaux directs à travers lesquels la fiscalité influence la croissance dans deux horizons temporelles (court et long terme). Si les résultats affichent des constats mitigés qui s’alignent plus ou moins avec la littérature théorique et empirique ; il est à reconnaitre que la fiscalité marocaine conserve certaines spécificités de part sa structure, sa gestion, et l’efficience même des politiques publiques. En revanche, l’influence directe de la fiscalité sur la croissance, ne dois pas perdre en vue certains canaux indirects affectant la croissance et qui sont en relation avec les phénomènes d’accumulation et d’externalités. Abstract: While studying the impact of taxation on growth, two components are considered: tax pressure, and tax structure which refers to the way in which taxes are distributed within the tax architecture. We focus on determining the direct channels through which taxation influences growth over two time horizons (short and long term). While the results seem to be mitigated, and more or less in line with the theoretical and empirical literature; we must consider that Moroccan taxation retains certain specific features in terms of its structure, management, and the efficiency of public policies. On the other hand, the direct influence of taxation on growth must not lose sight of certain indirect channels affecting growth, which are related to the phenomena of accumulation and externalities.
