Fig. 7. Heterologous expression of RoCPS1 and RoKSL1 in yeast strain AM113. Total ion chromatograms showing miltiradiene and abietatriene secreted into the culture media of yeast co-expressing RoCPS1m + RoKSL1m, RoCPS1f + RoKSL1m, RoC- PS1m + RoKSL1f and RoCPS1f + RoKSL1f. The AM113 yeast strain alone was used as non-transformed control. f – full length protein, m – mature protein.
