Fig. 5. RoCPS1 enzymatic activity. (A) GC–MS analysis of extracts derived from leaves co-infiltrated with p19 and RoCPS1. Leaves transformed with p19 and the empty T-DNA vector were used as control. Samples were taken five days postinfiltration. (B) Extracted mass spectrum for the novel peak at 27.49 min, which is indicated by dashed lines in the total ion chromatogram.
