Transcript levels were analyzed by real-time PCR and are shown relative to expression of VvEf1γ and VvGAPDH in each sample (mean ± se; n = 3). Letters (a, b) indicate significant differences between treatments as calculated by Tukey's HSD post-hoc test (p <0.05).
