Abstract

Fig. 3. The concentration of glutathione (GSH) and phytochelatins (PC, n = 2–4) in the metallicolous (M) and nonmetallicolous (NM) plants of D. carthusianorum after 14 days of Pb treatment. Means +/— SE of 4–5 independent repetitions. The values followed by the same letters (within an ecotype) are not significantly different at p <0.05. Asterisks indicate significant differences between the ecotypes at the same treatments (p <0.05).
