Abstract

Fig. 9. Chemical structures of xenobiotics that promoted XET activity in dot-blot assays. Of the sixteen compounds shown, six proved to have no effect when re-tested in the radiochemical assay, and two were moderately inhibitory (1-amino-4-hydroxy-2-methoxyanthracene-9,10-dione and daunorubicin); eight were not re-tested radiochemically.
