This R-project contains an interactive R-markdown script that enables a user to replicated the analyses performed in the ERA synergies publication. Based on the results from 1000s of peer-reviewed publications can explore the outcome trade-offs and synergies from combining agronomic practices in Africa. Acknowledgements This tool is being released based on support from the CGIAR Excellence in Agronomy Initiative. Earlier efforts toward ERA's development received financial support from the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture, and Food Security (CCAFS) Flagship Program on Practices and Technologies. Supplemental funding was provided by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), European Union (EU), International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), United States Department of Agriculture-Foreign Agricultural Service (USDA-FAS), CCAFS Flagship Program on Low Emissions Development, and the International Centre for Forestry Research (CIFOR)'s Evidence-Based Forestry.
