Abstract

R script for import, analysis, and visualization of aptamer-based proteomics SomaScan .ADAT file. Specific to Courtney et al. 2024 experiment characterizing embryonic mouse cerebrospinal fluid protein contents at baseline at E16.5 or after evoking choroid plexus secretion. Includes data cleaning, volcano plots, heatmaps, and gene ontology enrichment analyses.
