Technology convergence (unification that allows technologies to interact by exchanging information resources) is taking place, resulting in a new interactive polymorphic information environment that stimulates global changes in society. In addition, the concentration of financial and intellectual resources on the implementation of priority investment areas is seen in the introduction of indicative planning of financial support for investment objects based on foresight and taking into account regulation related to the economy as a whole and its components in particular. In the context of scientific and technological positions, it is necessary to harmonize the system of formation, storage, processing, transmission, distribution, and use of statistical information, to summarize the experience of information technology parks, to work out a long-term program for the development of their activities, to create an effective information infrastructure, to develop mechanisms to stimulate to stimulate the activities of domestic and foreign investors.
