
Being one of the oldest medical systems, Ayurveda had a great influence on the development of world medicine. Jurisprudence began to penetrate into the region of Tibet from the 7th century . n. e., when one of the representatives of the Bharadwaja school became the personal physician of the ruler of Tibet, Songtsen Gampo.
