This article analyzes the strategies of financial reforms, their foundations and ways of development in the action strategy for the further development of Uzbekistan for 2022-2026. A significant part of the state's activities is outside the framework of the state budget process, that is, some of the measures implemented by ministries and agencies are implemented at the expense of their extra-budgetary funds, as well as at the expense of enterprises with state participation.
