GESTION DES COMPETENCES ET DES CARRIERES, SOURCE DE MOTIVATION DES SALARIES EN ENTREPRISE AU MALI

Abstract

Le but de cette étude est de vérifier si la gestion des compétences et des carrières peut motiver les salariés en entreprise dans le contexte malien. L’étude cherche aussi à comprendre la nature du lien existant entre la gestion des compétences, des carrières et la motivation des salariés. Pour réaliser ce travail, nous avons fait une étude quantitative à l’aide des questionnaires adressés à cent vingt (120) salariés de six entreprises privées, toutes évoluant dans le secteur de l’éducation. Nous avons utilisé la technique dite boule neige pour obtenir cet échantillon. Le questionnaire a été le moyen de collecter les informations se rapportant aux politiques de gestion des compétences et des carrières adoptées dans les structures enquêtées. Nos résultats révèlent qu’une meilleure gestion des compétences et des carrières est gage de motivation des salariés. Elle entraine satisfaction, la fidélisation, compétitivité, la performance et le bien-être. Nos résultats indiquent que la gestion des compétences, des carrières et le processus de motivation des salariés sont indissociables. Notre recherche a des implications managériales, car elle a permis d’établir un parallèle entre la gestion des compétences, des carrières et la motivation des salariés.
