Abstract

Закономерность развития бизнеса во всём мире заключается в том, чтобы переходить от бизнеса, спроектированного на владении материальными активами, к бизнесу, выстроенному на знаниях работников, которые за последние 15 лет перевоплотились из вынужденной статьи доходов в основной источник прибыли. Следовательно, политика социального использования человеческого фактора - это политика «баланса» целей и интересов компании и ее сотрудников, где человеческий фактор является основным элементом, поскольку он имеет решающее значение для достижения целей, поставленных перед компанией.Ключевые слова: логистика, логистическая структура, человеческие ресурсы, предприятие, управление
