La formation continue à la technologie et la transformation digitale : Vers une instauration de la culture digitale

Abstract

À l'ère de l'hyper-connectivité, la transformation digitale est devenue impérative pour les entreprises confrontées à une concurrence féroce, nécessitant à la fois des changements technologiques et culturels. Cette étude explore l'impact de la formation continue à la technologie sur la réussite de la transformation digitale et la mise en place d'une culture digitale au sein des organisations. La problématique centrale de cette recherche réside dans la contribution de la formation continue à la technologie à l'instauration d'une culture digitale favorable à la réussite de la transformation digitale. Pour ce faire, des données ont été collectées au sein du Groupe OCP (Office Chérifien des Phosphates) dans le cadre d'une approche quantitative. En conclusion, l'analyse des résultats de notre recherche démontre que la formation continue à la technologie est un pilier essentiel de la transformation digitale, dotant les employés des compétences numériques nécessaires. De plus, elle renforce l'instauration d'une culture digitale, favorisant une attitude positive envers les nouveaux outils et processus numériques.
