Abstract

Қишлоқ хўжалиги маҳсулотлрини қуритишда доривор ўсимиклaр, узум, тут ўрик, олма, қовун, кўкат энергиятежамкор ва экологик тоза технология яьни куёш энергиясидан фойдаланиш. Куёш курилмаларида куритилган махсулотларнинг сифати очик майдонларда куритилган махсулотларнинг сифатидан яхши, яъни куритилган махсулотлар тарибида витамин С купрок булиб, куритилган махсулотлар тоза булади.
