Abstract

Resumo: O objetivo deste artigo é analisar o sistema multiportas no âmbito da administração pública a partir da observação do funcionamento do aplicativo MeuINSS e da possibilidade dele ser uma porta do sistema. Considera-se a hipótese de que o uso de ferramentas tecnológicas para resolução de conflitos pela administração pública é uma forma de democratizar o acesso à justiça. Para alcançar os objetivos propostos, optou-se por pesquisa descritiva, aplicada e de natureza bibliográfica, nela foi utilizado método dedutivo, com metodologia qualitativa, pois analisa e descreve sobre o processo de resolução consensual de conflitos entre o INSS e seus beneficiários, por meio da tecnologia.
