Abstract

These are the Genetic, demographics, and radiomics data of the patients included in the study. Specific information include: age, sex, and all radiomic features extracted from original and filtered images (post-contrast T1 and FLAIR) based on the different tumor components (i.e., region with contrast enhancement, necrosis, and Flair hyperintensity). Lastly, the database includes the raw data about the MGMT promoter methylation status, IDH mutation status, P53 status and Overall survival (in months) of the patients.
