Pengaruh Kenyamanan dan Brand Trust Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada Aplikasi Gojek di Kota Palembang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kenyamanan dan brand trust terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada aplikasi transportasi online Gojek di kota palembang. Saat ini konsumen dapat memesan transportasi melalui aplikasi Gojek tanpa harus menunggu di pinggir jalan, sehingga menambah kenyamanan dengan berbagai metode pembayaran elektronik yang ditawarkan Gojek. Kepercayaan terhadap merek Gojek juga berperan penting dalam pengembangan loyalitas pelanggan, dimana pelanggan percaya bahwa Gojek menawarkan layanan yang andal, aman, dan berkualitas tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dikembangkan oleh Davis pada tahun 1989. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan bersifat kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada pengguna aplikasi Gojek. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan metode statistik. Jumlah data responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 102 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kenyaman penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada aplikasi transportasi online Gojek di kota palembang, dan pada saat yang sama, brand trust juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada aplikasi tersebut.
