The open call for the second NFDI4Earth Academy cohort was published on the 16th October 2023 as a news entry on the NFDI4Earth website: https://www.nfdi4earth.de/?view=article&id=270&catid=9 In addition, the call was disseminated multiple times through various channels (mailing lists, social media and events) of the NFDI4Earth, Geo.X Research Network, Geoverbund ABC/J, Deutsche Allianz Meeresforschung, and further scientific networks channels, such as scientific associations (e.g., DGG, (Junge) DGGV, DVGeo, Helmholtz Association).
