学术出版透明与最佳行为准则

Abstract

出版伦理委员会(Committee on Publication Ethics,COPE)、DOAJ、开放获取学术出版协会(Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association,OASPA)和世界医学编辑协会(WorldAssociation of Medical Editors,WAME)四家学术组织合作确定学术出版物的透明度和最佳实践准则。此项工作持续进行,这是第4 版(2022 年9 月15 日发布)。我们鼓励该准则的广泛传播。《学术出版透明与最佳行为准则》应适用于所有出版内容,包括特刊和会议论文集。如果实践偏离了准则所述的标准,编辑必须以透明的方式告知期刊所遵循的程序。该准则也认为出版商和编辑有责任全面促进出版物的可及性、多样性、公平性和包容性。编辑决定应基于学术价值。他们不应受到稿件来源的影响,包括作者的国籍、民族、政治信仰、种族或宗教。期刊应确保任何政策都不会为任何想要与期刊交流的人创造排他性环境,并应定期评估其政策的包容性。
