Criteria for evaluating the support quality of the OneStop4All (NFDI4Earth Deliverable D2.1.1)

Abstract

The OneStop4All (OS4A) is the main access point to all NFDI4Earth resources, and its usability and the quality of the presented content is paramount to the success of the NFDI4Earth. Evaluation of the support quality of the OS4A can be categorised into the usability of the portal website, the subsequent content quality, and the accessible range of topics, and finally the support of the users. In this first version of the deliverable we describe the preliminary work within the NFDI4Earth expert group "User", the derived criteria, common evaluation schemes and the evaluation methods themselves. We recognise that both the OS4A and the evaluation criteria will need to evolve in tandem, based on the feedback we receive from the community once the OS4A is live.

This work has been funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) through the project NFDI4Earth (DFG project no.460036893, https://www.nfdi4earth.de/) within the German National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI, https://www.nfdi.de/).
