MÉTODOS DE DIAGNÓSTICO PRECOCE E ESTRATÉGIAS DE CONTENÇÃO DO AVANÇO DA DOENÇA DE ALZHEIMER

Abstract

Objetivo – Evidenciar métodos de tratamentos e potenciais biomarcadores para pacientes com Alzheimer precoce. Métodos – Foi efetuado uma revisão bibliográfica da literatura, coletados na base de dados da PubMed, Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), para detecção de biomarcadores na doença de Alzheimer, e possíveis métodos de tratamento para retardar a doença. Resultados – Avaliando os estudos, adquire-se uma segurança e eficácia do tilavonemab (anticorpo) monoclonal anti-tau. Lecanemab (anticorpo) também resultou numa redução significativa das placas amilóides num declínio clínico. Conclusões – Pesquisas de biomarcadores de fluídos vem se destacando cada vez mais, análises de dados e estudos clínicos são os métodos mais eficazes para um diagnóstico preciso, seguro, que vai fornecer ao paciente os cuidados necessários, e formas de tratamento para aliviar os sintomas cognitivos.
