Abstract

Les arbres fruitiers reçoivent ordinairement des traitements réguliers destinés à limiter l'impact de diverses maladies. Un principe actif couramment utilisé à cette fin est le cuivre (particulièrement en agriculture biologique), mais il présente un risque élevé d'intoxication chronique pour les ovins qui en consomment. Dans le cadre du projet ECORCE, un suivi toxicologique a été réalisé sur deux troupeaux pâturant de manière continue dans des vergers drômois. Cette fiche technique expose les résultats de ce suivi, et rappelle les risques associés à l'intoxication au cuivre dans le cas d'ovins pâturant dans des vergers.
