Portail central abbatiale de Saint Riquier

Abstract

Ce model représente le portail central de l'église de l'Abbaye Royale de Saint-Riquier, situé sur la façade occidentale de style gothique flamboyant datant du XVIe siècle. L'église abbatiale de Saint-Riquier est un édifice religieux majeur de la Picardie maritime faisant partie d'un ensemble monumental plus vaste. L'édifice gothique est construit selon un plan basilical et l'église a été réalisée pour une large part durant la seconde moitié du XIIIe siècle. Cependant, les destructions successives ont nécessité une rénovation générale aux XVIe et XVIIe siècles, donnant ainsi cette décoration de la façade et d'une grande partie de l'intérieur de style gothique flamboyant. L'abbatiale fut classée au titre des monuments historiques dès 1840. Les photographies ont été prises avec un SONY ILCE-7M2 en début d'après-midi sous un ciel nuageux.
