
The James Coulter Monument is located in section 291 (8) of the Oakland Cemetery. Its a granite, die on base monument with a 3-dimensional engraving reading "James F. Coulter, May 3, 1863, Sept. 28, 1911" and a 3-dimensional filligree design to the right of the engraving. The smaller base on which the main body sits reads "Coulter".
