Abstract

Klepulec, (klepadło) – narzędzie drukarskie do wyrównywania powierzchni formy drukarskiej, od góry uderzane jest młotkiem i stale przesuwane po formie drukarskiej. Klepulec wykonany jest z twardego drewna (buk, klon, grusza, itp), fazowanego po dłuższych bokach dla lepszego trzymania. Górna część klepulca obciągnięta jest grubą skórą dla amortyzacji uderzeń młotka. Oryginalne wymiary obiektu: 13,5x3,5x7,5 cm. Narzędzie ze zbiorów Izby Drukarstwa w Lublinie.
