Abstract

Dieses Reststück eines Sargdeckels (aus Holz mit diversen Schichten Putz) befindet sich in der Obhut des Archäologischen Instituts der Universität zu Köln und stammt aus der Max Freiherr von Oppenheim-Sammlung (Inventarnummer Bl. 104, 21). Spekulative Rekonstruktion eines Sarges unbestimmter Provenienz. Entstehungszeit möglicherweise in der Dritten Zwischenzeit (1075 vuZ–652 vuZ.) oder der Griechisch-Römische Periode (332 vuZ–642 uZ). Zu sehen ist ein hypothetisches Modell basierend auf Annahmen und Interpretationen. This remnant of a coffin lid is in the custody of the Archaeological Institute of the University of Cologne and comes from the Max Freiherr von Oppenheim Collection (inventory number Bl. 104, 21). Speculative reconstruction of a coffin of undetermined provenance. Date of origin possibly in the Third Intermediate Period (1075 BCE-652 BCE) or the Greco-Roman Period (332 BCE-642 CE).
