Code for "Physical limits to membrane curvature sensing by a single protein"

Abstract

The code.zip file contains: README file. "Code_and_Data": Python simulation code and output data. "Jupyter_Notebooks": Used to post-process the simulation data and generate figures, and for analytical calculations. "Figures": Figures generated by executing the Jupyter notebooks. The uncompressed simulation data requires about 17.9 GB of space. To run all of our Jupyter notebooks successfully, please ensure that the folder subdirectories containing the data are preserved.
