Abstract

FIGURE 2. Bayesian consensus tree based on combined ITS and β-tubulin alignment. Posterior Probabilities and Bootstrap values over 0.5 and 50%, respectively, are indicated near nodes. A and B represent two monophyletic clades, respectively Parmelia sulcata group and Parmelia saxatilis group. Samples in bold are the original materials of this study, the number in parenthesis corresponds to the collection id shown in Table 1. Previously published sequences from GenBank are reported with ID species / GenBank (Table 3).
