
In this article, the issues of civil liability of artificial intelligence have been studied by the author. It has been analyzed the doctrines and views of the legal status of artificial intelligence. At the same time, reasonable proposals on the legal personality of artificial intelligence are put forward by the author. In addition, the prospects of artificial intelligence like Near prospects, Medium prospects, and Long-term prospects which determine the subjectivity and legal responsibility of AI have been studied. In conclusion, the reasonable proposals for the development of a specific model on determining the responsibility of artificial intelligence have been put forward.
