Linn., No. 1117.9 (LINN!, image of the lectotype available at http://linnean-online.org/11635/). Alien status:—Neophyte, native to Tropical Asia (Iamonico 2015a). Occurrence in Saudi Arabia:― In Saudi Arabia only cultivated, according to Miller & Cope (1996: 291), Chaudhary (1998: 238), and Hassan et al. (2022: 140). No specimen was traced.
