In one of the side naves of the cathedral of Sigüenza (Spain), embedded in the wall, is the tomb of D. Juan de Montealegre (ⴕ 1523). The statue is shown lying with its head on a cushion and holding a book in its hands. An inscription says: "SEPOLTURA DEL REUERENDO / SEÑOR IUO DE MONTEALEGRE DOTOR EN DECRETOS CANONICO QUE FUE EN ESTA SANTA / IGLESIA FALLESCIO A … DIAS DEL MES NOMBRE AÑO DE MIL DXXIII AÑOS … CATIMPACE" 3D model made in Reality Capture using 680 images. Additional processing completed in Geomagic Wrap, Meshlab, and Blender. This work is part of the collaboration agreement signed in 2020 between Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha and Global Digital Heritage. We want to thank the Bishopric of Sigüenza-Guadalajara and the cathedral chapter, especially D. Jesús de las Heras, D. Miguel Ángel Ortega and D. Julián García, for the facilities and for the interest they have shown in the project. Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab
