
21 West Main Street is a historic structure in Middletown, Maryland. It was moved to its current location about 1888 and has served as a shoe repair shop, paint mixing shop, Christmas wreath store, and insurance agency. It once housed embroidery machines for Middletown Sportsland. It is one of two structures being restored by Main Street Middletown, MD, Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Volunteers welcome!
