Abstract

This release carries substantial upgrades that are not intended to be breaking but might perhaps need minor adjustments of pipelines and apps. change how svWGS and related binCoverage is handled in find2/assemble/assemble_coverage.R extend support for composite genomes major additions/improvements to svWGS app yield separate tabs for normalizeGC and junctionsSets standardize all svx apps to use edgeType codification (not JXN_TYPE as provided by svCapture and svWGS)
