Abstract

Lograr mejoras en la productividad, constituye un eslabón fundamental para alcanzar el perfeccionamiento en el sector empresarial. En este sentido, una investigación con carácter desarrollador debe fomentar, perfeccionar e integrar las relaciones mediante proyectos investigativos. De ahí que, actualmente, es una tarea primordial que tanto universidades como centros productivos, se vinculen en la realización de prácticas laborales, conferencias especializadas, foros, seminarios, entre otros, con el propósito de fortalecer la relación entre ambas entidades. Por lo tanto, el objetivo estuvo dirigido a socializar las experiencias devenidas del vínculo universidad-empresa, a partir de la formación empresarial en la carrera Ingeniería Civil de la Universidad de Matanzas. Se llevó a cabo un estudio con un enfoque cualitativo, se emplearon métodos del nivel teórico, grupos focales y observación en el campo, donde se buscó la integración de contextos, escenarios y actores para lograr una visión generalizadora, y a su vez detallada del objeto de estudio en cuestión. Así, se constataron como resultados: la necesidad de concretar una estrategia de desarrollo territorial que pueda enmarcar una política de formación y transformación del componente educativo. De esta manera, se llegó a la conclusión de comprender cómo la relación entre universidad-empresa contribuye favorablemente al desarrollo integral de ambas entidades, pues consolida la preparación de los educandos y los prepara para su futura vida profesional.
