Abstract

Die reflexive Gestaltung von Praktika ist für das Erlernen professionellen sozialpädagogischen Handelns entscheidend. Der Bruch zwischen Theorie und Praxis kann dadurch "repariert" werden, wobei motivationale und identitätsbezogene Komponenten besonders zu gewichten sind. Der Beitrag erörtert das Theorie-Praxis-Verhältnis, die Implikationen eines kritisch verstandenen Kompetenzbegriffs auf die Ausgestaltung von Praktika und endet mit einem hochschulischen Umsetzungsbeispiel.
