Sistema de selección de talentos para el Taekwondo

Abstract

La selección de talentos en el Taekwondo que es aplicada en Cuba carece de una estructura organizativa que tenga en consideración el concepto de sistema y sus componentes, en esta investigación se realizó un análisis de la funcionalidad de sus componentes en el deporte. Se planteó como objetivo: proponer un sistema de selección de talentos para el Taekwondo. Fueron aplicados métodos científicos de nivel empírico: estudio documental; encuesta y la consulta a expertos; dentro de los métodos teóricos se encuentra: inductivo-deductivo, análisis-síntesis, modelación y enfoque de sistema. Como fuente de información se conformó una muestra de 20 especialistas y 10 expertos en entrenamiento deportivo, con la intención de indagar sobre las particularidades del sistema de selección que se aplica en el deporte Taekwondo. Los resultados recopilados evidenciaron falta deprotocolos metodológicos y conceptuales en el proceso de selección de talentos taekwondistas. El sistema propuesto se caracterizó por su carácter dinámico y flexible para la aplicación, y los expertos consideraron favorable su pertinencia teórica.
