
The subject of the study is the theoretical and practical aspects of using the wide possibilities of modern software to improve recruiting processes in the personnel management system. The purpose of the study is to justify the importance of recruiting at the enterprise as a process that plays a strategic role in ensuring the functioning of the personnel management system, as well as to study the main aspects of using modern information technologies in the field of automation and improving the productivity of recruiting processes. Research methods. In the work, general scientific research methods were used, such as: analysis – for the study of recruiting in the personnel management system; generalization – to determine the main characteristics of software products that are used in recruiting, and to form conclusions; as well as a systematic approach to determining the main processes that collectively form a personnel management system. Work results. The article substantiates the importance of recruiting for the timely satisfaction of the enterprise's need for professional personnel. It is noted that the recruiting process is an integral part of the personnel management system, as it plays an important strategic role in ensuring its effective functioning. The list of personnel processes that collectively form the personnel management system is presented, and their general characteristics are given. The importance and necessity of staff recruitment at a high professional level using modern software is revealed. Information technologies that are actively used to simplify the recruiting process are considered, including: ATS, HRIS, social networks, video interviews, mobile applications, Internet advertising, chatbots, virtual and augmented reality, artificial intelligence. The general characteristics of the top HRM systems used for complex automation of recruiting are presented and the main aspects of their application are defined. The field of the results. The obtained conclusions and results have an applied nature and can be used in the practical activities of domestic enterprises or organizations that independently carry out personnel recruiting processes regardless of their ownership and sphere of activity. Conclusions. The use of modern information technology in personnel recruitment plays an important role. Functional capabilities of the software help to automate the routine processes of searching and selecting qualified personnel, as well as to automate the recruitment process in general.
